Can you expand this a bit? Do you mean that you wish to start a scholarship fund or program? Are you trying to start this for kids to get scholarships to college or to private schools for high school or below? Do you want to base this on a contest, grades, or simply income based? I think you have a wonderful idea here. I have thought of doing something simalar in the past. I would love to hear more about what you are thinking of doing.
