Have you made the plunge? When will you make the plunge?

Due to circumstances, I recently left my full time job. We had a house to sell, two young children to look after and my husband had gone to the new city to work. Now, I had been dabbling in online earnings for the past 9 months and I was making awesome extra money for the family, but it was not enough to be considered a full time income.
In the past two months, I have been able to consider myself a full time, online earner. A WAHM (work at home mom) if you will.
For the month of April, I made $500. I am already on my way to surpass that this month. Since I no longer have to pay for childcare, gas, etc, etc, I can afford to be at home and go to the park when we feel like going down a (slide)"weeee" as my oldest calls it.
This also gives me time to coupon shop, deal shop and save in other areas to help make it all a reality.
So when did you go to a full time online earner? When will you be able to?

I have always been a stay at home mom, and have only just started the online earnings a month ago. I have yet to do very well with them, but I know it takes time to work on.
I hope to someday be able to make as much as you.
Since I am a stay at home mom, it really wasn't a huge difference to take the plunge. I am sure that even when I am able to go back to work, I will do so while continuing to work on my GPT sites.

LOL! Yes, when I went back to work, I did not give up my sites.... I slowed down a bit on blogging, but kept active on my good paying sites.
Who knows, you may be able to afford to stay home and not go back to work by then. :)

I understand completely. After I had my first child, I HAD to go back to work and I thought the same with my second, but the truth is, I love it at home with them now and I don't want anything to change. But trust me, I know where you are coming from.

Wouldn't that be nice?
No I think I will go to work regardless, and not for the money. I miss having a life outside the house, and since having kids I have lost most of my friends. I need something to do with my time that allows me to interact with other adults.
Granted Mylot is very nice for that, but a real live conversation with an adult other than my husband and the bill collectors on the phone would be nice! :D

I too have already made the plunge and I am currently making in excess of $500 per month in an online business. I can take out all the money I earn, or a part of it and reinvest the rest or just reinvest the whole amount each day to increase my future daily earnings even more.
I have only been in the program a short time but I have talked to other members that have been in longer and they are extremely happy with their returns.
I too have tried several other programs but I found that they required a lot of my time and resulted in very little income.
This program is working great and it only takes up about 20 minutes of my time daily.
If you are interested in more information on the program please visit my site at http://72.32.185.200:8080/?ref=20516
Check out the FAQ section for answers to most if not all of your questions. If you need any additional information please don't hesitate to contact me.

That is great that you are earning online. But please do not post referral links in discussions. The discussions become deleted and we all lose earnings because of this. Please read the TOS. Sorry if I sound cranky, but they just purged tons of discussions and I don't need to lose anymore.

Hi Lou,
I'm sorry that I was cranky, I'm normally very helpful, especially with new members that don't know the "rules". You can add your link in your profile. Look at my profile and see how I have organized it. Most myLotters know to look in your profile if what you say interests them. I hope we can have a nice friendship on here. All the best. And apology accepted, I'm 30 minutes over it now. :)

Thanks for the kind advice. As you can see I am new to this site and didn't realize links were not allowed. I hope it doesn't result in your discussion being deleted as it was not your fault.
Now that I know, it won't happen again.
Is there another way we can share such links?
Thanks and have a great day.
Lou

I had tried doing it about 2 years ago and was successful but when my son went back to school I went back to work PT. This time last year I was working PT and making about $800/month online. No I make about $150/month and work PT. However, end of this month I need to find something serious. I have 5-6 things in the work, but if the better ones do not work out I probably will be working nights. eek!

Wow, you are a busy lady!! I don't know if I could justify going back to work if I was making $800 online, but then again, you no longer have to worry about childcare so that makes all the difference.

However i am about to start my own website and take what i make and triple it maybe more. My goal is to be making 10,000 a month by the end of the year. and to be making 75,000 per month by the end of next year.

LOL! No secrets my dear hersheys, I am an open book. :) I will mention the programs briefly, but discussions on myLot have been disappearing faster than clean socks in my kid's drawers. :D
The two big players are SwatCash and Free Online Cash System.

Sounds like a dream come true. Where are you making so much money? I'd like to know, perhaps I can start earning more too. Can you please provide your payment proof? I'd love to see how well others do, this way I know that it's for real. Not that I don't believe you, but I wonder how one does what you do.

I do have payment proof on my blog. I haven't updated my most recent payments, but the proof is there. I don't want the discussion to get deleted so I will add you as a friend, when you accept it, please send me a message so that I know you want the info. I don't want to send something out unsolicited.

You have never worked outside the house? Does that mean you have never had a job in your life? I think you are the person leading the charmed life.

I have been doing it for 9 months and have managed to find two really great sites. I am a member of over 50 if not closer to 100, but only a handful have paid me. You just need a couple big earners to make money online. Look for proof of payment or visit forums and read the comments, you can tell a lot about a site from it's forum.

If I was a full time mum I would consider getting a online job but as its just me and my boyfriend, I enjoy working. Getting out and chatting to the customers since I dont know many people in my area.
I think its great how stay at home parents are able to work online and earn some money.
Congratulations and all the best.

Thank you very much. I understand how some people need to work out of the house, I have been there before. :P But this is where my heart is right now.
I think the internet has been the biggest blessing for our family. :)

It is interesting how the internet has really opened things up for stay at home mums. I don't think I'd leave my job and 'work' online. I enjoy going to wor and then coming home to relax. It sounds like a viable option when you have children, but as a single woman it isn't for me.

As a single woman I would have very different thoughts on the matter, but life changes when you have children and I wish nothing more than to be with them.

That's really something, indeed. I envy you guys who are able to leave their full time jobs and make their earnings online instead. Being able to work at home would allow more quality time with your family.

Being with my family is what has motivated me to this position. Hang in there and find the right programs. You too can be living this dream.
