yes, sports can develop your physical and mental alertness. i used to play badminton and volleyball before but i stopped because of my work schedule.

Yes sports is definately a good way of developing physical fitness, I think that everyone should try and take up a sport if they can. I like swimming I used to go all the time and just swim for a good hour or more. I stopped going after my fourth baby came along, but now that she is older again I should think about starting it up again.

Yes, I believe sports is one thing that we developed our physical fitness requirements. I do go for some sports like bowling, badminton, gateball but not as serious as others are doing. I only play once in a while. But I do exercise at home and do walking everyday on my way to work.

Yes, because if you get into sports, your body will surely move and you get so active in it.

I am not an athletes or involved in any sports during my elementary to high school days..But when i was in college i am fun playing a table tennis with my brother and badminton with my friends. My sister and my older brother were active in sports during their high school days. My sister was a volleyball and softball player while my brother was a soccer, vaseball and basketball player. Great right? while me just consider it for fun and hobby.
I never play a table tennis and badminton right now but if i will have a time then why not!

I do believe that sports is one way of developing Physical fitness,and it is the health and good way to keep physical fitness.
Some of my friends do more excise or sports when they are illness.they want to develop their physical fitness.Some body have a terrible disease as cancer which can't be crue drastically.some of them do excise in the morning,as shadowboxing,they could living till old to die.
Now i also do some sports to improve my phiscial fitness.I paly pingpong and play badminton with my friends.It is interesting and comfortable.

yes sport is one who develop our physical fitness, meaning there are some also that can help. i am not go into sports but one of my exercise is climbing the mountain, being climber is not easy, you must conquer first the mountain before become successful. not only for my physical fitness but for my whole life, i am very happy seeing beautiful views in a valley that can be seen only if you are at the top of the mountain.

Yes I believe. I wish I had been more athletic as a kid, I would have immersed myself in sports like swimming and badminton and tennis. But laziness got the better of me, so I'd rather just hit the gym to keep up.
