Do you have any good neighbors beside your house? do you like to chat with them?

i usually talk small talk with neighbors, not really close but not enemies either. just more of acquaintances.

Back at home, I used to talk to my neighbours, share food and etc. I knew who they were and we talked regularly...even if they live five doors away. But since moving to Switzerland, I discovered that people here keep to themselves and while I do know who lives next door, I don't really get to talk to them - when I do, it's just to say hello and that's it. I find it strange but I guess when in Rome, do as the Romans do?

I barely know my neighbors, its this way in so many nieghborhoods it seems. I used to work with the lady across the street, but I don't even know her last name. I do know one of my next door neighbors, but only barely, and the lady catty corner across the street has been here longer than I have (and I've been here 24 years) and I couldn't tell you her last name either. They aren't bad neighbors, probably would be better neighbors if I got out and interacted with them, but I avoid too much time in the sun and outside with the bugs....

Theirs a very good neighbors and theirs also bad neighbors that we meet every single day in our life. We need to face them and we need to face the truth our life is changing and we should always think positive that everything should be fine. Who ever, whatever our neighbor attitude is, we need to be nice with them even though they don't smile back at us.

The only neighbors we have close enough to chat with, are only here once a month or so. We usually chat briefly and my wife usually makes them a meal when they are down. That is their hunting house I guess you would say, during hunting season they are here almost every weekend.

My neighbours are really boring, they moan at the slightest noise and i would love to have happy dappy neighbours. i used to be able to talk to mine but no longer can anymore .

yes i do have good neighbours and i love to chat with them sometimes... but now that one particular neighbour that i like to chat with had moved to another state and will only come back in another 2 years time... so i can only wish them all the best and waiting for them to come back... the new neighbour who occupied their house at the moment is not as friendly as them... so i haven't actually have a chat with them yet since they move in...
