Do you always do healthy food or do you give a lot of junk food? For me, I dont do junk food very often. Every once in a while, maybe once a month will they have fast food. I dont believe in giving them chips every other day or soda or any of that kind of crap. They hardly ever have those things. Maybe once or twice a month will they have actual junk. What about you?

I rarely eat junk, thank goodness my problem is not junk. It USED to be but I luckily stopped. Chips, candy, fast food does not appeal to me at all! I actually eat very well but why am I overweight??? Because I eat TOO MUCH! Even too much of a good thing is not good.

I understand people's reasoning for giving their kids fast food, I really do -- it's FAST. But is it really worth the lesson it teaches them about nutrition, or even money management? I don't think so. I always make it a point to feed my kids healthy food. They get so much junk food at their father's house, I figure it's the only way to offset that damage. On those rare occasions when we DO eat fast food, I have them get something healthy. Of course, those only happen about once a month. It's just not worth it.
