Do you help your Downline get referrals?

You are actually better off giving people who sign up under you a system to build their own downlines. This is known as magnetic sponsoring and works well. Not only does it help you get more people to sign up under you but your downline will be more successful at building their own downlines. If your program is multilevel then you will greatly benefit.

I help my downline to get referrals in yuwie since yuwie has 10 levels of referrals. So, when my downline get referrals, I also get indirect referrals.

I've helped my downline with referrals when possible. Especially if I'm earning several levels. Then we all win. But with the amount of programs I'm in it gets tough.

Hi there 34momma, I have downline that little bit active, some are not login anymore. They'll be very easy to reach out when they already accept us to be our friends. But some are not reachable. For those that active and already my friends, i'll send them tips to get good earning a mylot. I haven't try to get them a referrals, I must admit that is a brilliant idea! i would try. I have helped sopme of my downlines get referrals over the years but it is very hard to do. I cannot even do it for myself alot of times. I would love for someone to help me out with that and I don't mind helping either but it sure isn't easy to get active referrals either.

Why not? If I can get a downline in the first place. The good thing about helping your downline to get his or her downline, is to encourage and show him or her that it is not difficult to do it. So far, I have not done well in getting downlines myself, let alone help people to do it. If I am good at getting referrals, I would definitely pass some down to my downline to build their confidence to get more on their own. It is a win win situation!

I wish I could help my downline, I don't do a good job of getting my own referrals, so it would be difficult to help others get referrals. I've gotten a few here one being my oldest daughter and then a few that I've met at Yuwie have joined me here, one is active and another one joined a few days ago and hasn't accepted being friends yet. So if I was more successful in getting referrals I would be glad to help others.
