As one voice, you are all very powerful

Following on from a discussion I recently did about a swollen ankle, the responses I received led me to consider that when we all speak as one and believe in the same thing we are actually very powerful.
When I posted my discussion about my ankle, I was not really taking it seriously at all, I was not overly worried about it. By the time I had read the first few responses I had, I totally changed my mind, in fact I was quite worried about it and could not eat for some time, I started to think the worst.
It leads me to think that when people get together on a site like this, or in the real world when we all believe in the same thing we are powerful people and we can change things, do you think this is so?

Am I going crazy, I thought I just answered this, well in case I didn't I am happy you went to the doctor to see about, these things are better left diagnosed by the doctor. Better to be safe than sorry as they say.

Ahh no you are not going crazy, I did 3 discussions, one was when my ankle swelled up, then the next was an update on me going to the docs, and then there is this one that is just me saying how when people all get together and say the same thing it can make someone sit up and listen.

And I am glad that it made you go to the Doctor as you just never know it can look innocent and be bad it can look bad and be innocent
I thought the thing with the Pains I was getting breathing and that 6 years ago was nothing and left it for a year before I went to the Doctor and well look at me now the innocent was bad lol

I do agree with you an how is your ankle doing i hope you put it up for awhile I fell down the stairs last week an my ankle an foot is stil swollen an a nice shade of black but thats because i am not so smart I didn't stay off it you know how it is its tuff taking a sick day when you are mom

It is fine, the swelling has totally gone, it is really strange, I forgot you had done yours in, hope it gets better quick. No there is no such thing as a day off when you have kids!!

I penceled in sunday to just take aday off with my fat ankle up i should use pen so it can't be earsed huh

If one person had told me to get my ankle seen too, I would not have listened, the fact that everyone got in on the act and said the same thing made me listen and act.

Oh absolutely but I am sure we did not mean to worry you, but there are so many people here I know that were very concerned for you, myself included. I think that when people gather together with the same thoughts that it can indeed be very powerful. United we stand divided we fall so if someone really wants to be strong on an issue it is better to gather as many people as possible who believe in the same issue for support. So what do you think we should try to change first?

oh yes... i definitely agree with you... if we stand up together as one voice, there are many things that we can do and we definitely can change something to become better... i am glad that your ankle is getting better now... take care and have a nice day...

I think that it is so, and wish that we could do this concerning things in the real world that affect us all, such as the cost of living, the high food prices, the high gas prices and the high utility prices.. If we could unite in one voice, we might be able to make a difference.. I have thought of that often but don't have sense enough to get a group together, I could be a follower in this but not a leader..
Oh well, it is wishful thinking on my part, but have a great day anyway, Donna

Yes it is right, maybe if enough of us put our feet down and stood up for what really mattered then we could do something, I am like you, I am not bolshie or confident enough to do anything like that.

Indeed, unity can be a very powerful tool. If you think about it, most every thing we see around us that is manmade is the result of unity. From the bridges we drive on to the homes we live in, it took people working together to bring it to pass. That same unity is also the force that brings about important changes in laws and regulations and such.

Yes you are right. Because what you believe may change when the majority comes with the opposite and its your turn to change your view. That's why its great to have discussion posted here in mylot due to different issues and point of view that we have to discover, its like asking a company of people to help you solve your little problem.

I have had a experience just like yours.So I known how spain it could be.Once,I was playing basketball with my friends,and my ankle was sprained,it swell very quickly.I didn't treat it in a correct way.Because at that moment I should applied some ice to my sprained ankle.But I did't.Thus it took me one month long to cure it.
So when I saw this discussion,I took pity on you.And have read you short article,I thind your opinions are reasonable,I agreed what you said.
