Wow! this has been a busy, busy day for us. We got up and wanted to go see my mother-in-law and wish her Happy Mother's Day and give her a card and a gift. After out visit with her we went and took our trash to the dumpster and ran to town and got a bite to eat for breakfast. We didn't have time to run back home before our grand-daughter's first ball game so we just piddled around town and went and looked at the Polaris Rangers.
Then we had to run to the ball park and watch our grand-daughter's first ball game. It was a practice game and only lasted thirty minutes. By the way, she played a great game.
After that game, we headed back to the Polaris shop and bought the Polaris Ranger that we had looked at. Then we headed home to catch our son before he left on the job for three weeks. Well, we get home and he has already left. He had gotten called in early so I didn't get to give him a hug. I ran in and changed into cooler clothes because it was warming up quite a bit. Well, we look at the clock and are going to be late for our grand-daughter's second game. We rush out and head to the ball park again.
We make it to the ball park and thank the Lord they were running late in the game before and they hadn't started playing yet. I am starving because we didn't have time to stop and get a bite to eat. LOL My grand-daughter got the other team out twice on third base. Yippee!!!! They played a great practice game!
OK, the game is over and I am thinking I have an hour to run home and do the children's church bulletin and get things ready for church and run back. We stop and get a bite to eat and when we are heading home we have 35 minutes before the next game starts. Mind you, it is the last game, Praise the Lord! Well, my husband and I decide it is not worth the drive home because when we get home it will be time to turn around and come back home. So we run to farm store and look for pepper plants and then decide to go to Dairy Queen and get some ice cream.
Well, it is time to go back to the ball park for the last time today!!! Our grand-daughter played another good game. One of the children that is in our Children's Church was having a birthday party a little ways over at the park so I took a walk over there to say HI to all of them and back I was to watch the ballgame.
Finally, the ballgames are over and we are home. I got the children's church bulletin and coloring sheets done. My husband comes in and says we need to run back to town. He had to pick up some things. Well, I tell him I am so tired I'll sit in the truck but I will ride so we can get a bite to eat. I was too tired to even think about cooking anything.
Now, finally, we are home and sitting her and I am getting to rest and do mylot. Whew! What a day!
So, how was your day?

WOW!!!! That wore me out just reading all of that and I thought I had a jam packed busy day!I started my day at 7 this morning and was a the church yard sale where we paid for our space and got to keep what we sold. I didn't do too bad, at least I came out about $30 ahead, after I deducted the space fee and the $10 I spent on items from other people. What sold very good for me was my christian bracelets that I sold for $1 each that say I (heart) Jesus, Jesus (heart) U( I am going to try to add a pic). And some christian bookmarks that I sold for fifty cents each. I'd like to sell them on-line, but haven't gotten that far yet in doing that, I guess it just takes the first step forward in doing that though.
After the yard sale was over with, I came home and cut the grass. This is the only day that I will be able to do it since it is supposed to rain again tomorrow.
I've been doing laundry too! As well as some other things around the house, while I've been uploading some pics that I've taken with my fairly new digital camera to several different sites.
So that is how my day went, I'm just thankful that I had a day off work! I worked 110 hours in the last two weeks and I needed a few days off to re-coup!

That is a lot of hours to work in two weeks. You sure did deserve some time off. I am so glad that you were able to sell some of your bracelets. They are beautiful. Thanks for posting.

Wow! And I thought I was tired when I got home. Well my mother and I got up really early because we had a few errands to do. First we went to the discount that is like one block away from our house because we had to shop for some stuff that was needed at home. While we where there I took advantage and I bought myself a Hershey's bar, and some green headphones for my ipod. I'm thinking of starting a collection of headphones. So far I have pink and green.
So anyways we had to buy some stuff. She had to buys some pans to cook too because the ones we had were getting really gold and stuff. We had like two really huge and heavy bags that we had to take. The one that I had was heavier than hers. So then I told her that we should go to the supermarket because we needed milk. She told me that we would do that later but I told her that since we were here already we should just go and buy the milk. So we went and bought. We went upstairs and she rested a little but then we went outside again.
She came with me to take some books to the libray and pick up a DVD that I had on hold. From there we went to the bank so that I could deposit a check into my checking account. Then we went to this store where my mother bought herself two shirts and I took an undershirt. Then we went to buy some flowers for my grandmother for Mother's day, I already had bought my mother something. And then from there we went to McDonald's and bought some stuff for everyone in the house. Then my mother decided to take a taxi home. And we only had five blocks to walk! I could have made it five blocks but I guess she couldn't. And then we got home and I started to help her clean the house in the late afternoon. And then I went online and now here I am still online.

I went to scout a room nearby my workplace with my friends. Despite the hot and sunny day, we managed to get few contacts and talked about the deals and stuff like that.
Then, we had our lunch with a famous dish nearby that area and we had a wonderful lunch time together.
Then, since we don't want to caught in jam on Sunday because most of the people will celebrate Mother's Day tomorrow night, so we had our dinner somewhere nearby my house.
So, basically that's my Saturday story...

Nothing until now.. I am really bored. I woke up at 9, ate breakfast, watched tv, read the newspaper and some magazines and now I am here. I don't feel like doing anything at all today, except resting.
