Does your husband cook better than you?

Sad to say, that I'm not a really good cook. I can do lots of other things really well. But, cooking is not one of my strongest points. My best dish is sloppy joes. And, ironically, my spouse can't eat sloppy joe (Manwich) sandwiches, because he's on a low sodium diet.
Anyway, he's always been the better cook in the house anyway. Not that he cooks too often. Mostly, he just makes peanut butter sandwiches. And, he even does that better than me. He puts real honey on the peanut butter! Who does that? It's delicious though.
He makes wonderful scrambled eggs. They're fluffy and golden. When I make scrambled eggs, they're runny and gross. But, he's a sport and tries to eat the foods I cook, anyway. So, I do him a big favor and try not to cook too often. So, who's the better cook in your house: you or your spouse?

I think we both cook pretty well. Hubby's dad was a baker, among other things and he learned a lot there. I think we both just have lots of experience.

I love baking muffins and such, but my oven doesn't work too well, so mostly we do stovetop meals and microwave. Thanks for dropping by.

This is a easy, my husband is a better cook than me. He was a cook in the Navy and one with the National Guard. I only cook when I have to, or when my husband doesn't want to, which isn't a lot. I hate cooking, so I try to rush it, so I'm done with it. I can make home made spagetti sauce, and thanks to a wonderful friend, I can make honey mustard chicken that my kids love to eat. Thanks to my magic bullet, my kids loves my scrambled eggs. Here's how bad I hate to cook. I will buy breakfast foods, just so I don't have to make breakfast.
I do a good job as a stay at home mom, I take care of my home. I just hate to cook, and look at it as a chore.

I do most of the cooking, and most of what I cook turns out pretty well. But when my husband actually wants to cook, he can cook just as good as I do. I think part of it is that when he cooks, that is all he concentrates on. He allows himself to have as much time as he wants to cook whatever it is he wants to eat. When I cook, I'm usually also cleaning up the kitchen, keeping an eye on our toddler, talking on the phone, etc.

My wife is better cook that me, in what I have read, learned and notice is that man generally is a good cook than women because they use all proper ingredients and plus often experiment to make it better.

Yes, my hubby is the better cook. I am not awful, he is just better. I experiment more with different spices and such. He sticks to the basics but nails it every time. He is especially good at breakfast meals. I had to mention that because today is Mother's Day and he made me an awesome breakfast. (with a little help from our 3 yr. old)

Well,it is my spouse who does a better job in cooking. She has been cooking for the family of us three since we got married. I am very glad that my wife's cooking skill has been improved a lot, close to perfect. I love every dish she cooks for us.

He doesn't really cook, except for fish. He is good at cooking fish though, both microwaving and grilling. He loves it so it is easy to get him to cook it.

Yes,my husband cook better than me too.I do not care about the food,i don't want to take much attention to cook the food.In my opinion, food is just the food,if them can make you don't feel hungry,it is enough,so i usually cook them simply. But my husband doesn't think it like this,he may cooks the food diversely, for example, the eggs,he will do many kinds of it,but i ususally fry it.

My husband tells me that I am the better cook. I think that may be because he is the lazier cook!
He is a pretty good cook too though. He is a really messy cook which also makes me want to do the majority of the cooking anyway.

I love to cook and so does my husband. Today for mothers day he cooked me BBQ ribs and BBQ pork chops. He does most of the cooking in our house because he is not healthy enough to work. So he takes care of the house and I work... This seems to work out good for us. He makes sure I have a hot meal before and after work and the house literally sparkles. I love him soooo much for all he does for me.

I'm the husband and I cook the majority of the time about 99% of the time. I like to try new things, and for the most part they taste good. Once in awhile I make a stinker! But that once in awhile is alot better than when my wife cooks. It blows my mind as her mom and sisters can cook, I don't know where she went wrong! lol

My man is the most awsome chef he can whip anything up from anything with no recipe and make it look and taste gourmet. Me on the other hand, everything I cook turns out a disaster no matter how simple. I have no idea why i suck so bad at cooking i think maybe i just dont have patience.
