I am not using the PayPal one, but I am using a high interest savings account through my finaces credit card company which has about the same amount of interest. I would not use it for a long term investment. There are better ways to invest your money.

I've never heard of this... Is it something New, and worth considering, or just another SCAM tactic?

I looked at the fees on the prospectus. I don't understand all of the fees and expenses. So I think it's best if I don't invest.

I guess I haven't been paying enough attention to PayPal, but since I haven't had any money in it for awhile, that makes sense. Is there any fee for taking money back out of the money market fund? Or can you get it on demand just like from your regular account?

Interesting, maybe I can enhance all these hefty mylot earnings with that nice fat 5.03% interest rate PayPal's offering.

Well I just went and read the information they have on it, and I think that there are more risks than NON-Risks with this program at the current moment...Not saying that they cant turn it around and make better for all, but it highly unlikely that it will ever be approved by any commission..Plz READ all information before agreeing to sign up with them..

I keep money in PayPal because they do pay a very good return and have been doing it for years.
It should be noted though that you money is invested in a money market mutual fund and you incur the investment risk - there is no Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) insurance for your account like you have when you put your money in a bank.
However, I think the risk of losing the money with PayPal is very slight so I leave part of my funds with them.

I have some money offline. But I do not have a bank account. Can you have a paypal account without a credit card or a bank account?
