Would you rather lose weight fast or slow? Is it possible to lose weight fast and keep it off, or is it better to lose it slow and keep it off? Lately I've been down on myself because I want to lose weight, but I want to do it fast, at the same time I want to keep it off. Everyone else says I should take my time. I guess I just see those pretty girls and singers with great bodies and think to myself "I want to have that too". What do you think?

well, for starters, you should controll the way you live. what and how much you eat, how much exercise you do, when and how much you sleep, et cetera. What i've seen in many people (especially women) is that they wanna lose weight, but they still eat junk food, and don't exercise at all. But, they do use pills for losing weight, and don't eat some types of food (some types that are quite healthy). This is stupid. You should first create a balance between those things. Because, if you just go for the weight-loss pills, then your body will suffer. BIG TIME! Maybe not right away, but in the long run, your body will suffer.
So, from what i've said, a healthy way of losing weight is a slow one. Everything you should "modify" in your body should be made in a long process. That way, you give your body the chance to adapt easier to the changes. And, the problem, in most cases is keeping the weight off. That should be done with proper HEALTHY diet, exercise, and NOT will junk like herbalife or anything else.
take care!
