mylotters I thought that mylot did not like us making discussions just based on how much money we made or on having made pay off? yet there are more and more 'and I am fed up with people asking me how much I made. my finances are nobody's business but my own. What is your take on this? Every time Ihave responded to one of these I find I have lost points.

the thing is that mylot does not like discussions that say I made x number of dollars, you must keep the amount out of it or they will delete it.

I know they are against the rules and have stopped answering them. I did for a few of my newbie friends but found later on they were deleted. I don't answer them anymore.

that was the way with me as I was losing points, so I just stopped altogether.

i think losing points means the discussion was deleted. i am also getting tired of this discussion about boasting of how much they made. i mean we are all here to earn so you don't need to boast about it. i agree with you that when it comes to finances i hate people getting nosy about it.

Not at all. As it is truly excited for people to earn a lot of money. And therefore they want to share their happiness. I am happy for them and I don't feel it's boring. I love China

yea im also starting to get annoyed by them. i guess alot of people just get excited by it or want to brag or know what others are earning on here.if mylot didt want these discussions on here then surely they wouldnt have mylot as an interest.

I think a lot of them are just new and do not know the rules but surely they could read them.

I don't mind the "I got paid" posts- they were encouraging as a newbie. We all like to see payment proofs (and when a myLotter tells other myLotters they got paid, they have nothing to gain...we're already referred...lol, so it's close to a proof...lol). But, we're not supposed to talk specific $ amounts and those are the posts that get deleted often.

hi hatley! well, not really fed up. i am enjoying that people are earning. because it encourages them to continue. anyway, i believe those who continue posting such are new here. and are not very familiar with rules. just the same, i think that is the very reason that many people are complaining that their earnings are dminishing. well i think that is because they post stuff that donot actually contribute to the quality of the discussions around here. don't you think? good day1 :-)

That was my point entirely it does not actually help the quality of our discussions.

I think most of these discussion are started by newbies. They seem to be under the misguided impression that they are going to make a fortune. If that is what they are hoping for they need to get off their butts and get a real job. This, IMO, is just a please way to get a little extra spending money. These type of discussion get deleted, along with the poor me and the I made (...??) number of points!

yes, it bothers me as well. i have seen many people start discussion about what you have earned in mylot? i think they should considwer why others will disclose what they earn here with them? some even pm-ed me asking those.

I just think enough is enough as there are so many more interesting things to discuss.

Yes, I am! I do not care who made pay out, or how much money anyone has gotten. Why would I? I concentrate on my own earnings, and truly have no interest in anyone else's. I never have responded to any of these discussions. I just don't care a bit about what anyone else is getting.

I have several times and regretted it as I lost ten hard earned points so no more. I will take care of my own business.

Yes. I am fed up with those too. Mylot deletes those types of discussions. I do not even waste my time responding to those either because I do not want to waste my time, cash or my points on those. I never tell how much I make here either because Mylot frowns upon that. I never tell any of my business that I do not want to share either.

Technically, they're against the guidelines...but lots of people don't bother reading the guidelines and others just let their excitement block out their common sense. It does get annoying when every other discussion is about who got paid what...we all know today was pay day, we don't all have to start a discusion about it!

foxy that was my point that nobody reads the rules and yet they are not that hard to understand. we need more interesting discussions than that.

Okay, I kinda feel guilty about this. Although I didn't start any discussions asking anyone how much they've already made here, I've answered a couple of discussions about it though. LOL. Yeah, sometimes I also get annoyed especially if I open the discussions page and all I see are topics asking how much they've made and how they've reached their payout. Literally occupying most of the pages. It's just frustrating when I can't find any topics to respond to but those kind. Anyways, nothing personal though. Maybe they're just excited like we all are and we should just respect them. Cheers!

don't feel guilty.I think so many are new and just have not found topics that they can make discussions from .

It is really more of a curiosity issue. Newbies are curious to see how much people gain on average, and what they can expect. I know that when I joined Mylot I was eager to win money, and was curious how much I would win per post and was wondering about when I would be able to make the payout. It is also encouraging, and lets the newbies set a goal for themselves and know what that goal represents.

Yes there is that aspect of course I just wish that they would not ask how much I make. I have never' felt that my finances were anyones business.

I would never ask someone how much they made...that is just rude. But If I remember correctly mylot does not ban the discussion that we have made payout. I think this encourages newbies. I never tell anyone how much I make per day or per pay out. I might say I have had a very good month or that I made the pay out. To do more than this is inconsiderate.

I also find them annoying. I tend to stay away from the questions being asked about how much one makes or if that person made payout for the month. Them conversations are kind of pointless and I think many people only make them not because they are excited but because they think they will get a lot of responses from it. I must admit that in the beginning I answered a few. But there are so many every month at the beginning and the end of the month. I do not even read discussions anymore that are titled have you made payout etc etc.

I can understand their enthusiasm. It's usually new users. I don't even bother with those discussions anymore because they are against guidelines and I know I'm going to lose points and pennies. I need my pennies. lol A penny saved is a penny earned right?

LOL.. i do no think thats going to stop though. But no i do not get fed up with such discussions. Usually i read them and just forget about them. I did join mylot to make money, but later i realise some people have helped me out or should i say point me in the right direction. Well i guess those guys who make such topic are happy with what they make. You do not really need to get fed up over this.
