assuming that you regularly buy eggs when you go to the grocery store, here is a list of simple dishes that you could make using eggs that are quick and easy.... 1. boiled eggs - you can't have it easier than this... if you're really in a hurry, put this in a pot filled with water and put it on the stove while your in the shower, by the time your done, you have breakfast while on the go.... 2. "fried" eggs - could be suny side up or scrambled, it's really up to you, whichever one you prefer... 3. omelette - if you have more time to spare, you could beat some eggs together and add some things from your fridge- tomatoes, potatoes or even some leftovers from last night's dinner... THE GOOD THING IS YOU COULD EAT EGGS BY ITSELF OR WITH BREAD OR ANY OTHER SIDE FOOD YOU MAY HAVE!
