The books and the movies are fabulous and it really must be something for the author to sit back and see how her fantasy world has taken on a life of it's own.

I love harry potter too. I have the complete set of all the books and have watched all the movies as well. Although there are parts that I think Harry is much too harh-headed, I think it adds character making it seem as if Harry is a real boy who makes mistakes. I wish there could have been more.

I think that Harry Potter is one of the best fictional characters I have ever seen created.I have all the books and seen all the movies and have what one's that have been put out on VHS. I think that JK Rowling should continue the stories going into their children's lives now.I am glad to see that someone that didn't have 2 nickles to rub together came up with this story and made it to the world of the rich. She did not think that her Harry Potter story would make it this big.People, including myself, would be so excited to get the new Harry Potter book that they had to reserve it.Then go at midnight the actual very minute of the date of the book release,to the store to purchase it.Some book stores had Harry Potter parties that started actually around 6:00 or 7:00 the night before the book release.Employees of the book stores and libraries had to be swarn to secrecy by signing a letter so they could not read or distribute the book to a friend before the actual date and time.Iam a christian and I have christian friends that do not let her children read or watch Harry Potter because he is evil.Lol!Mine and other's,even my pastor agrees, that the characters and stories are pretend and based on good and evil.

I have never read one of the books, but I have seen some of the movies..I did like those by the way so I am sure I would like the books as well. They are right in with the type of books that I like to read, but I am so far behind on my reading right now, that by the time I could get to them, they will be writing about Harry Potter's grandkids.
