what's the first thing that you do when you turn on your computer?

Well it's usually the emails for me, then those social networking sites (unpaid) that I belong too and see how things have been going there. After that, I usually login to mylot and check back on the discussions I've replied to and add a comment if needed. I also listen to music, where I put on my personal profile on the net also.. It really depends, if something else catches my attention then that's what I would check on firstly..

i usually open my system and play a little game first and then i start to check the mails and then my offlines in yahoo and then start the work. i think playing a game first make me feel very happy.

That's me too. The first thing I do is check my email since that is what I got a computer for in the first place! I wish I knew more about my computer so I could do more on it, but I am learning to use it for more things. I have just started to use it for banking and it has made things easier there!!

first thing I do after I turn on my computer is log in my QQ,MSN and read my email.

definitely same as you do...its the gateway for others to send their messages and info to me beside the mobile phones. I have to check msgs first before visiting sites.. some messages might need more and immediate action u know.....shalom

I open Mozilla Firefox , then I check mylot , see if I got any responses or something Then I check youtube.com and see if any of the people that I subscribed to posted any video. I open my messenger then check my mail...and that's pretty much it...after that I do all sorts of stuff but the first things that I do are those

For my living room desktop PC, I open up Maxthon, I first go to MyLot here, and then to Youtube, and then go check on my mail. For my bedroom's "paralyzed" laptop PC, which doesn't have Internet access, I open Windows Explorer, I read my ebooks, listen to music, do my journal, and read my saved .MHT files I collected from the Internet.

First thing I do is to sign on into my instant messenger (aim). Then I check my e-mail, and then I check myspace. Then I check my e-mail again. Then I try to figure out what to do online to consume my time for a bit.

Mylot is my second home...So I come here first thing even before I check my mail..;)

The first thing I do is open my email program to begin downloading my email. While that is at work, I then open my internet explorer to check my mylot earnings. Before I begin working through my email or mylot I check on some of my other programs to see if I have any new msgs or income or orders that I need to deal with. Then I begin working through my email.
