crusaders with the lights off, your eyes have to do some adjustment with the blaring lights the tv emits. you can have a dim light enough to help your eyes adjust with your environment/room and the TV's running colors. That's protecting your eyes too.

crusaders yep definitely.. it is exhausting........ I do work more than 8 hours a day. I would wake at 5am, travel 13kms to work at 6 or 7 take a lunch break then work 'til 5-6pm. By then prepare ministry works after dinner and finalize things 1hour b4 midnight. At...
