Do you tell your friend all your deepest secrets?

I share what I want to share or need to share with my friends, which of course, doesn't mean everything. I think it depends on your age. When I was a teenager I had a best friend/soulmate with whom I shared almost everything. Now,in my thirties,I have a best friend who I may not tell quite so much to, but who knows me more deeply.It's also a female thing, women love to share - it's spirirually uplifting! But,really, please don't live your life being fearful, secretive and ashamed of whatever your weight may be!life is too wonderful to waste time on hang ups!.If your friends think that weight is so taboo as to topple your relationship, maybe you should seek out new friends who have other priorities

No. But, I'd like to. I currently don't have friends that I would trust my life in their hands. Emotionally or not. Sad, really. Mostly it has nothing to do with them, I'm just closed book. I don't even share my feelings with a journal, too risky. That's probably the weakest part of me, not letting anyone really know me. I hide most of my thoughts and feelings. Sometimes, I am too easy to read. My face can sum up everything I've been through.

My best friend is a guy called Christopher. We have known each other for almost 25 years now and we tell each other everything. I was his *best woman* when he got married and he has seen me through divorce and helped me start a new life. We share everything.

I don't tell all my secrets to anybody. I'm a pretty private person. My husband knows most of them,but I wouldn't tell him everything. He probably wouldn't remember them all anyway.

i would say that one or two of my friends know most things about me,but their are things you like you give to yourself,but i would say i share almost everything with mu good friends,because i like to be able to ask them for advice if something become a problem.

I told my best friends about my past, but not all of it. I also told each one separately and when the subject was such that we were not blurting out things. I think in one case, it was about infertility and whether the causes made any difference, and the saving of family members. The other times, it was about that verse in Timothy about being saved through childbirth. And one time, it was because my friend's husband had left her (he is back no) because the grass looked greener and we told each other and I told what happened to me. I told them the part that hurt me the most, and they understood. There are some parts that are still till painful and also might give the wrong impression. However, my best friends who go to the same church as I do would understand that my life is different, but some things I would not tell my husband.

i have my best friend that we share our doings and undertakings everyday although some of it is my deepest secret, i trust him and he trust me also. he is the only friend that i can trust with no doubt. many of my friend i don;t trust because of their attitude.

Most people know most things about me, there might be things they don't know as people are complex and you sometimes forget things. I even share my weight with people and my friends do the same with me. Secrets usually come out in the end, so I don't see much purpose in concealing things.

i come to find out in life that you never let anyone know everything about you. people change and they can use things against you.

ooops. thot you were referring to secrets in the family. there are no absolutely good friends...there are good friends yes but absolutely no friend can be all the time good to you. they also fail and others turn their backs. if you have a good friend it is not well to tell all secrets... other secrets are for friends and other are for other people. maybe i don't quite agree with you to tell your friend all your deepest secrets except the weights. we are ourself alone in some way, friends are always friends, they never can be the same with us, even the same idea, same quality...there is no need for them to know all about us. we all need to have some personal things so to keep the only us, the real us.

I have just a couple myself i only trust with my heart and my closet full of skeletons...noo wait..my cemetary in my closet HAHAHAHHAH!! they know the good..bad..naughty..everything..even my weight..lol..and they never once have judged me..not once..they all take me as i am..and love me no matter what,,even if they dont agree with what i say or do..they are always there for me..as i am for them..i love them liKE family...heck they are family to me...laters aPRIL:)

no i do not do that all the trimes. actually i am aperson who does not have so many secrets. till some are deep within me. i have told none.

Well I don't get to see my two best friends very often but when we do get together, it's like we've never left one another or time has been at a stand still. We have such a wonderful and open relationship that yes, we tell everything to each other and never ever judge. We know we're all into doing the right thing but it doesn't always come out that way in the end so we keep the secrets to ourselves as it should be. One I've been friends with for 22 years and the other for about 20 years.

i share with friends whatever i am willing to share on the internet world, which is honest and straightforward views about life and society without getting to personal to violate my comfort zone.

well i wont tell my friend of that much of deepest secret i have to maintain some privacy at some point atleast behave in a manner that i have got some concealing things so that they wont interfere in much of my business.... well even then i share every thing with them but also give them a doubt that i am concealing some thing..... well its a bit good thing to do
