I try to exercise 4 mornings a week for about half an hour at a time, I try and do it on weekends too but I'm usually too lazy then!
I need to lose about 7kg (15 pounds) due to being on medication (not on it anymore woohoo!). I currently do weights, cardio on a stationary bike as well as some squats/lunges etc
What sort do you do and do you find it effective?

I am also a bit overweight. I am so busy and lazy that I really dont have time to do exercise. I had tried a lot of exercise to reduce my weight like swimming, going to a gym etc. But, one exercise which I enjoy and which helps me to reduce my weight is Dancing.I just lov it and If I dance for atleast 1 hours for a week I can loose upto 2 Kgs.

well done!
I definitely think it's better to work out in the mornings, once you get used to getting up early!

I dont like to exercise much either, but once I start I'm good and I always feel better afterwards.
Good luck, hope you can stick to it!

I walk anywhere from 7 to 10 miles a week.

I don't do any formal exercise as such, but I do walk. It might be taking a bit of a walk down the long driveway to collect the mail, instead of driving the car that is. Also when we are shopping we park the car in the one place and then walk everywhere to do all but the grocery shopping. Once everything is completed, we move the car to the supermarket car park and then do the shopping.
For me, a 'formal' exercise program would not happen but this way it doesn't seem like exercise but I do know that it is doing me some good.

you're pretty lucky then!
I used to be like that when I was at school, but since I got into my 20's, my stupid metabolism has slowed down :(
But I suppose exercising is good not just to look good but to feel good too ;)

When most adults think about exercise, they imagine working out in the gym on a treadmill or lifting weights. But for children, exercise means playing and ...

i don't think you have to go the gym or anything like that. getting into sports is exercise enough --- for me, at least.

Just wondering 6 months down the track how you are going with both the exercise and the weight loss juicemilk. It can be hard to be motivated sometimes and during the hot summer days, I would not have blamed you if you hadn't felt like doing any exercise. At least it wouldn't have been me doing much, since some nights it did not cool down in the least and nobody got much sleep.
