A fit body is very important for us so that we can perform everyday tasks without getting tired and breathless. Staying fit helps people stay healthy into old age. Although we all want to stay healthy all the time. But,still, there are times that parts of our body stop working properly and we get sick. This may happen because the body becomes infected by germs from outside, or because something is damaged inside the body. Then we need to see a doctor. The doctor will do tests and use his knowledge and experience to find out what is wrong with us. Fitness depends on eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly.Best wishes for all of us not getting sick.

I go to my doctor at least once a year for medical checkup. I will go through certain tests to get a certain diagnosis. Well, I understand that some people are not used to going to the doctors at all. I always go there for routine checkups.

I used to avoid the doctor at all costs. I absolutely hated going and having some stranger having a poke at me. But I have some health issues that cannot be put off, so I've had to bite the bullet and go. It turned out to be one of those things that loomed larger than life and now I go more often than I used to.

What does being fit do with going to the doctor? If one exercises and one eats right, then one will be fit. We go to the doctor and why is it that if my ovaries get cysts on them, that that is caused by my not doing enough crunches and I have to has a doctor how to do it? If there are germs, then we go to bed until we get better. Seeing a doctor is when you have something wrong with us that taking aspirins and other stuff cannot cure, not for small cuts, etc. So what if your going to the doctor is not caused by lack of exercise and diet? I guess that means we do not go, because we do not want you to think we did not exercise. I do not go to the doctor (I had to go when I got bleeding down below, but it was a cyst) because I went for a checkup, I signed the form that if there was anything that was necessary = I did not think cutting my fallopian tube and not keeping it open necessary.

Visiting the doctor is an expensive trip. I would not visit the doctor if I can help it. My common slogan is that the doctor should pay me for giving him the exposure. Without patients, how can the doctor learn and gain experience. LOL.

Yeah, having a fit body and mind is always really important. Yeah, I go see my doctor at least once per year; especially for my medical checkups. So when I do happen to get sick, maybe because of bacteria from outside of affecting me, I would certainly go to my doctor. The doctor does give me tests to see if I have anything at all. It is never fun getting sick at all. Well, life certainly does go on. Having a fitness health depends upon diet and exercise situations. So I visit my doctor regularly.

I only go to see a doctor when I ill or I feel tired, headache. Because in my country, the mother is not only cook and errands in the house but also become a doctor of the house. So if my mother can't cure, she'll takes me come to see a doctor. I come to see a doctor about 2 times per year.

I see my doctor only when I am ill, which can vary from year to year. Since January I have been twice, once with a urine infection and secondly about my hay fever. I go to a family planning clinic every six months to get my contraceptive pill and when I am there they weight me and do my blood pressure and ask me various questions to make sure that I am still healthy, which my doctor never does.

I am saying about my self that hardly I see a doctor once in a year. This visit will be for medical check up only. The reason for this is I always maintained my self by doing regular exercises and eating a balanced diet. A body of human being is working as a machine. To keep the machine in good condition we have to take care of it .Similarly, our body also required regular exercises and balanced diet for maintaining it in good condition. so that there is no attacks from outside and no chances of infections by germs .If the defencive power of the body is weak then the germs will infected the body and naturally we have to see the doctor for the prevention and cure.

I don't do monthly or yearly check up myself but in school we were required. Now, maybe my employer will ask me to do the check up or what.. I've been to doctor's office before, many times because I'm a sickly person when I was younger. I have a non-toxic goiter but I only take tablets now, I don't do visits anymore for check up.

I am a health-nut 90% of the time, so I used to only usually go to the doctor once a year for a check-up. Since finding out that I have Lupus, am allergic to Animal Fat and Beet Sugar, and still have an active eating-disorder diagnosis, I see the doctor every few weeks usually. I am nearly always healthy though - it's just a precaution.

Very seldom. I have quite a strong dislike to them and I try to avoid them where possible. Unless absolutely necessary, I feel one shouldn't be too dependent on doctors and run crying to them over any small problem. Trying to keep fit and stay healthy is the best solution.

Well, I go once a year for an annual checkup, and I see a chiropractor about once a week for back pains. Other than that, when I get sick or need a refill some of my medicine.
