Is jogging is good or brisk walking....i had read in some artical that doing too much of jogging is not good for knee joint and can also cause problem of flat foot.......had any one face problem like this...........

tariusp though im sure china would have the most number of athletes i'm pretty sure the americans will outnumbered them in gold medals. but i don't mind if what country has the most number of medals what important to me is our country would get its first gold...

i perfer older men who is 10 to 15 year older than me bacause some? young boys are immature, and i feel so comfortable with an older man , i will not ever marry a guy who is my age or younger? what about you?
