Does anyone else actually get their 8-10 glasses of water a day?

I was just sitting here drinking my bajillionth bottle of water for the day, when I realized, I most definitly get my 8-10 recommended glasses of water a day - either as water or tea. I never used to drink so much water, but when I started a heavy work-out regimen I noticed I felt dehydrated if I didn't drink a ton of water every day. Does anybody else actually full-till their water requirement? Or am I totally weird? *laughs*

Taking lots of water keeps us healthy,it increases iur metabolism and hence helps us in getting rid of harmful organisms.I do take lots of water,as it helps me to beat the heat.

In my research we suppose to take 5 liters of water every day so i take that much of water every day so i am so health now because our body depending up on 70% of water so we need to give them more water instead of food so i can tell take more water so it is good for health and i don't like tea and coffee so much and it is not good for health.

I wish but then I need to leave the bathroom once in a while for I have given up the 8 glass challenge.

I definitely don't get 8-10 glasses of water on most days. There are some days when I manage to make it, but I have to really force myself to drink all that water. I haven't done a very good job with it lately, but I know I really need to start getting back in the habit of drinking at least 8 glasses per day. I don't like to drink that much water, so I really have to make a conscious effort to get in enough glasses throughout the day. :)

I always try to have at least 8 glasses a day. But I can't really drink that much. Even when it is too hot here, the most I can take is 6 glasses only...

Sure we shuld drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. It is very beneficial for our stomach. It is most useful in summer seasion. I usually drink 10-12 glasses of water daily. May be that becoz of u are habitual of drinking water in that ton.

i did actually... i love water and i drink a lot everyday to make sure that i am not dehydrated... i don't like to drink anything else except water... only water can ease my thirst and no matter what other drink i have drink, i still have to drink water after every meal... take care and have a nice day...

Pretty much, yes. I even drink more. My friends and my boyfriend too call me little camel because I can't seem to last even half an hour without drinking. I enjoy the taste of fresh water running down my esophagus to the large instestine. It helps me become regular. I don't mind what the weather is but I must always carry with my my water bottle anywhere I go.

I don't. I really don't like water but I find that if I drink water while I'm on the internet, I don't realise I'm doing it and can end up drinking 8 glasses before I know it! If I do drink water, I like to drink filtered water. My partner's parents have a really elaborate filtering system set up at their house so we get our bottles filled up there. At the moment the bottle is empty so I'm definitely not drinking tap water! Once you try filtered you never go back!

Not usually. Not unless I'm doing a lot of traveling in my car in the summer. (I don't have working air conditioning.) There have been times when I've dieted and tried drinking that much water and it just doesn't work for me. But I did read that the other fluids you drink count too.

what i heard recently is that you should be drinking 10-12 glasses a day because of the heat right now. also i have heard that it is better to be drinking an alkaline water though i haven't tried it out myself. or i just don't know the difference.

Water is Eixir of Life.There is nothing like a glass of water to quench your thirst.I began drinking 1-2 glasses of water religiously every morning on waking up.I am still following the regimen.And throughout the day I keep drinking as much as I feel is essential.There is a Chinese therapy of drinking distilled rice-water.It supposedly helps to increase a person's height during the growing years.
