Innovative ways to find referral's

With so many of us on GPT/PTC sites and such I am wondering how many of you have new and innovative ways to find referrals. Personally, I have several blogs out there and am on several link referral sites as well as mylot and a few other social networks where there are many discussions on this topic. I also have business cards made up with one of my blogs listed and then I have a few cards made up for specific sites. I've even been known to put flyers up around town and gleaned a lot of referral's that way. How do you go about getting referrals?

That's very creative in getting referrals. I was trying to start work on a blog tonight and lost my content that I added, so I guess I will attempt that another time.

I have several different websites. Each one attempts to get me referrals to programs in various ways. One is simply an information site with banners and links. Another pays via Paypal directly for a referral. Still another is offering gifts to lucky referrals if their number is drawn. I find varying success with each one so I continue to work with them all.
