Yes..i read the encyclopedia for updating my knowledge...But not regularly reading because i can get the information from surfing the net..

ten years ago when the internet does not exist. i would skim all the pages and watch out for striking images. but now that the internet's here, i seldom use the encyclopedia. my 5-year-old sister would even use the Encarta encyclopedia. But that's for her advantage because she gets to see animated objects in 3d. It really enables her to learn faster.

I used to, but no so much since there's so much more info on the Internet. And online info is much more up to date.

yup i have and still does it ,it helps u to learn about so many things in da world buut the only prblem is tht mine is quite old it was published before the end of soviet union so i dont have anything abt new countries tht came out disintegration

I have read encyclopedia a few times in my life. I read it to gather information about my geography project. Infact I know a person who owns the whole set of encyclopedia. Now a days I prefer to use the net to search for information.
