                    i w0uld say,any0ne c0uld be a g0od leader.regardless of the numbers of their follower,but to be a good leader one must be a good follower as well.most importantly,a leader must practice what he preach.

                    There are many qualities which make a good and effective leader; a good leader is the one who leads from the front. He has an uncanny capability to inspire loyalty. A good leader always thinks about the well being of his people and organizations. The significance of good and effective leadership is not only to make a difference in the outcome of a particular organization, but also to make a difference in the satisfaction levels of the people working with the organization.

                            I love this. Especially the uncanny capability to inspire loyalty. I think this is the next level leadership. However, do we let them be loyal to the leader or to the organization?

                    I think a good and strong leader starts with a person's morals. If they're willing to backstab and undercut anyone they may get a little further in the beginning but it will all crash down on them eventually. I think a good leader has to be strong in morals and ethics.

                            i completely agree. sometimes credibility and buy ins would come from these ethics and morals... how can one lead with all those actions that will make everyone cringe. one will be a leader with no followers... which makes him no leader at all.

                    all that you said is all so true that is a good quality of a good leader. i will also add a good leader should be a good listener as well. if he listens to what his people feels and what his people suggest then he is a good leader. is someone is a good listener then he learns more then transform himself to be a good leader

                    What I would consider to be a good leader is one who can take people to better things and better situations. Hitler was a strong leader but he led the people towards destruction. People should be wary of who they accept as a leader.

                    I think I am a good leader because Im interesting and social and Im alot to talk about, not to be all into myself. But I think a good leader is confidence and shows character. But that is my opion. People dont wanna look up to someone wiht bad taste in there selfs.

                    Any good leader must have 3 qualities:
Hustle: be able to improvise and adapt your game to suit the circumstances.
Respect: for your peers and the team you lead
Loyalty: to the people that you lead, and to yourself, to have a belief that you can do it.
It's as simple as that

                    a good leader is one who has the skill to move a person to do what he wanted to be done with the other person thinking that it was his own idea and is doing it voluntarily. a good leader is someone who can motivate his followers to move together towards a common goal. a good leader is one to knows how to ask good questions and find the right techniques and technologies to use for the achievement of the common goals. a good leader is one who puts more value on human life than on material things.

                    These qualities can be developed or maybe naturally part of their personality as a good leaders.A good leader has an exemplary character: It is important that a leader is trustworthy to lead others. A leader is honest and have integrity. A good leader is enthusiastic about their work or cause and also about their role as a leader. Leaders need to be able to be a source of inspiration and be a motivator towards the required action or cause. A good leader is confident in order to lead and set direction.
