Tissues or hankies?

Do you prefer to use tissues or handkerchiefs?
I use tissues but have considered using hankies lately because they don't produce all that trash. I just have to get over the fear of putting a snotty rag back in my purse/pocket. :)

EWW! haha No, I have the same issue. I have wanted to switch to a hankie for the same reason. I am just worried about the germs. I don't want to be carrying around a germ sponge in my pocket! Somebody claimed that refilling water bottles should be avoided because you could get yourself sick by the germs left on the bottle. Personally I think that is baloney, but a handkerchief is a whole different story!

i have the same view. i wanna use hankies all the time but i need to make sure i dont freak out everytime i use it and try to put it inside my pocket. :)
