What was the last "fun" thing you bought yourself?

I'm with you, I don't buy myself a lot of unnecessary things. The last thing would have to be a pair of dress sandals, to wear to work. I have worn them once and got blisters, once the blister heals, I can continue to wear them. Now DH and I have been looking for a scooter for me. We don't need it but it would come in handy for just around our little town and sure would save miles on my mini-van. He could use it also, and once my oldest was older she could too. DH is excited hoping I will want to move up to a bigger motorcycle so we could go writing together. I told him not to get his hopes up. LOL

The last fun thing I got was the new Madonna and REM cd's last week. I have been listing to them on the way to work.

I just bought a plug in fountain for my room. I've wanted one forever and haven't been able to find one that plugs in. Found it at Walmart for $20!!!

Um, I bought myself a book a few weeks ago but it was used so it wasn't new. I didn't spend as much as I would have if I had bought it new. However, if you really want to get really technical, the last thing I bought myself with a sundae from Dairy Queen. I took my mother there for mother's day and bought her one too.

It is a pity I didn't buy anything for my mother on mother's day.I am working too far away from my mother.I send a jade bracelet to her by express last week.It is too late,I think.But I can feel how happy my mother is after receiving it. This is the first time I bought present for my mother since I earn money independently. Sorry I am off the track just now. From my point of view,the last unnecessary thing I bought for myself is a coat .I already have one.it is a waste of money as I am conducting a money saving plan. Have a nice day.

I just came from the mall..and i bought myself sunglasses... I just had the urge to buy one...hahaha, it was really unnecessary as I have two already..but yeah,, I liked the design...so i bought it...it looks like it occupies my whole face though..hahahah

not really getting it for myself, but my bloke ordered me a lightsaber. which is pretty fun and frivolous. one each. can't wait till they arrive.

The last really unnecessary item I bought myself was Mario Kart for the Wii! It really is so much fun, but the money I spent on it could have been used on a lot more practical things. But we all need a little harmless fun sometimes. :)

fun? hmmmm.. i have been shopping for baby stuff, i really enjoy it especially when i bring home the stuff i bought and organize them. as for unnecessary, i have tons! i am a compulsive shopper, online and offline. but shopping is still fun no matter what. =D

Well...I don't know that I would classify this as "unnecessary" but it was certainly self-indulgent. (If you are a coffee drinker of any kind that statement will make total sense to you in about three seconds...lol) I recently bought a semi-automatic cappuccino machine. It is a lower end model in the middle range of quality...but cost enough to make hubby raise an eyebrow. lol. But, I tried using a really cheapy one...like low end model of low end quality...lol...and it was AWFUL. So, hubby took mercy on me let me use a little bit of our rebate to get a decent one. And, I tell you what...cappuccino has never tasted better.

The last thing I bought myself that was unnecessary would have to be season 2 volume 1 of ThunderCats ,but it was well worth the money because it in my opinion one of the greatist cartoon shows ever made.

It was on Friday and my daughter took me to the new cheap shoe shop in her town. I brought a pair of white pumps, a pair of pink boats, a pair of black suede ankle boots and a pair of gold lined boots for the winter. Each pair cost me £5 each so I got 4 pairs of footwear for £20. I felt so good as I realy needed some new shoes/boots etc and i got good value for money
