Yes, I also lied to my bestfriend and that 15 years ago...hahaha... but i had my reason...

yup,it depends on the situation and people involve,especially if its for his/her safety...i once lied to my bestfriend when i saw his husband together with his mistress,she was pregnant then and i don't want her to think about it,i just confront the guy and told him i saw him with his mistress and thank GOD the guy stop what he is doing,

I believe that lieing is wrong,and that it comes back to bite you in the behind,but I also believe there are times in which telling half truths or little white lies are okay,especially if it is to save the feelings of a friend or to protect a friend.

generally, I never lie to someone. To close friends I never hide anything from my close friends. But I think if you said a lie with the aim of doing good for someone, it can be accepted.

Yes sometimes situations are such that we must lie to sort out things. A lie for a good cause cannot be validated as a lie. I do my best never to hide anything from my close friends. I like to live frankly and honestly.
