Are frozen vegetables as healthy as fresh ones?

jyoti_medha obviously not, fresh vegetables are very healthy , frozen vegetables can never be nutritious as fresh ones but still we are used to use frozen ones as we cant go to the market to buy fresh ones everyday, so we have to accept the fact.

jyoti_medha my dream car can only be BMW cars as these cars are simply wow. I dont know why many people like mitsubishi evolution i also heard about it but i love BMW cars.
