I think their both healthy. I just don't believe caned veg's are healthy. We all put are left overs in the fridge or freezer. the veg's stay good in their so I don't see any reason why frozen and fresh veg's can't both be healthy.

Fresh vegetables are healthy than frozen vegetables.vitamin content of fresh vegetable is more than frozen vegetables. Some vitamins like vitamin C and vitamin B are not found in frzen vegetables.

obviously not, fresh vegetables are very healthy , frozen vegetables can never be nutritious as fresh ones but still we are used to use frozen ones as we cant go to the market to buy fresh ones everyday, so we have to accept the fact.

I think this depends on the vegetable and how much of a process it has gone through. It is definately more convenient, but I think fresh is best.

fresh is always best because it was made so in nature and nature iknows best. Most of the frozen foods have preservatives added to them. And the chemical composition may also not remain the same as that at room temprature.

Obviously its not, frozen vegs don't contain equally all nutrients as fresh ones; its true, frozen aren't best substitutes for fresh vegs, yet, in our hectic routine, its more practical and thus not bad ;)
