Sleeping hours??

How many hours should we really sleep? Because are to my teacher news said that we should sleep like not more than 8 hours because we'll get more chances of dying earlier and he said that we should only sleep like 6 hours a day...

I wanna shop at ZOo york!! Their stuff are the best stuff I have ever seen..Their merchandise are very youthful so that's why "WE" are so amused to it...haha...do you like zoo york?
