Is it right?

There are more developing countries in which this happens.Some of those countries are known for their technical man power the world over.There are countries wherein the Governments introduce programs like feeding those school children during lunch time to make them not to leave the school till evening. Unfortunately, the food served will not be of quality because the organisers siphon the grains through unfair means for personal purposes.Suppose if the Government want to give an egg to each of the student, the people down below with the instructions from higher power sell those eggs in the open market and make money for themselves. If computers are given to schools, they would go in to the homes of the teachers. How come children not drop out soon then ?

i feel sad for them too, that's probably why our country hasn't been getting too much progress coz the children who are supposedly our future doesn't get enough education coz of poverty...
