In what ways can mango be served?

Hi Jyoti, Have you ever seen this site? http://www.freshmangos.com/mangorecipes/index.html There are lots of recipes there with mangoes, but not Indian ones. I like to eat mangoes just like that, bite into it and then take in the juice, sss..llll..urrrppp. That has been way all these days but now may be my age is fast catching up with me. I am cutting them into small pieces and eating them like that. Have you tried eating ripe mangoes with Vanilla ice cream? It is heavenly.. I am going to look for vanilla ice cream and mangoes now.. My mouth is watering..

hi here is best recipie of mango which i have tried and also it is my favourite curry take two mango fruit ..smash the pulp of mango and add 2 spoons of tamarind powder and a spoonfull of sugar and half spoon of salt...add some pepper powder and jeera powder....heat it for 5-6 mins.. it can be served with rotis and chapatees and also served with rrice also...

Cut the mango horizontally along its waist. Hold mango horizontally with both hands and twist two ends in opposite directions. You get two halves.Use each half as a cup and scoop pulp from it. You can also put some ice cream in the mango cup.

Mango can be served as salads, juice, cooked mangoes and as pickles.

I'm good at making curry with mangoes cut in cubes... I love it when I can't think of what to do with the mango... And I might end up eating the mango with mixed flavored ice cream...
