When you go shopping, how do you usually pay? I don't generally keep a lot of cash on hand, so I usually use my checking account's debit card. If I go to Old Navy, I use my Old Navy credit card because I earn rewards and coupons for using it. If I am shopping online, I either use what money I have in my PayPal account or my check card.

I never carry cash on me. One it is a lot safer if you use a debit or prepaid debit card. I find that not having cash on me also can save me alot of money. I mean when you have some cash and you goto like mom and pop store to buy something like milk or bread, for the most part they don't take debit or credit cards so if you don't have the cash for it then you don't have to worry about spending the money.

I use check or cash. I hardly ever charge anything. When you charge it's hard to keep track of your purchases or you don't really realize how much you are spending until you get the bill. I do have a few but seldom use them. I also have a debit card for one of my accounts but rarely use that as there are several places I shop that don't take them.

Hi kecia! When I go shopping, I always pay in cash. I cancelled my credit card already so I've to buy what I can only afford to buy at the moment. I learned to budget my money just so I can set aside a few peso in my savings. :) When I shop online, I either pay in cash upon meet-ups or send my payment via Gcash prior the delivery of my item. Cheers!

I usually write a check or I use my debit card. I am trying to stay away from putting things on my credit card as I just did a debt consolidation loan to consolidate my cc debt.
If I shop online I do use my credit card though it is much easier that way.

I never carry cash and when I have to hide it from my husband he will take even if I have $1 in my purse he will take it but he doesn't understand that when I'm with the kids and we just need to grab a drink I need that $1 to get out of the drink machine. I usually use my debit card for everything that it allows me to. I think debit cards should be accepted everywhere. Online I can't use my paypal account right now since its messed up which is kind of good b/c the money is just collecting in there for the day I set it up right lol.

Clothes shopping or any other wants I buy I will use one of my credit carrds. For gas and groceries I will use my debit card or try to pay with cash if I can.

I carry both cash and my Paypal debit card. I pretty much exclusively use my Paypal account card as opposed to my checking account now. While I am not doing that much in sales on Ebay, I'm still making enough for daily expenses. The only thing I use my paycheck for is rent.
I tend to use my Paypal card, just because I get cash back with it(not much, mind you,but every cent counts). I keep cash in case I am some place where they don't have debit card machines. Hard to imagine there is such a place now, but I ride horses, and end up in the country where they barely have cell phone service, so I keep enough on me for a tow truck at all times, but that's about it.

I rarely have more than a few bucks in cash on me. I keep that on hand for coffee and little things.
I use debit for my larger purchases.
Since I'm a student account I don't get service charges as they recently changed that at my bank :)

We put everything on credit card. We find it's easier to track our expenses that way. I know that most people will disagree to putting everything on credit, but we always pay it off every month. We've never had a balance therefore we've never had a problem. It just works for us. Plus we get huge cashback bonuses on our card.

I also usually use my checking account debit card. I don't really keep much cash on me since my husband and I both have direct deposit for our paychecks, so it just seems easiest to use the debit card for us. I really only use cash if I have to now. Using the debit card is just so quick and then I also don't have to worry about not having enough for a purchase or having lots of extra change my purse. :)
