Yes, I have travelled outside the USA and I feel blessed. We drove to the cities of Montreal and Quebec in Canada. Beautiful cities and I think might be the best alternative cities to go to if you can not afford to visit Paris, France yet.
In Asia, I visited the Philippines many times and will always be a favorite of mine. I have visited Hongkong, Singapore and Thailand. The beach in the Philippines and Thailand are excellent. Food and shopping in Hongkong and Singapore are not to be missed either.
My first taste of Europe was in Frankfurt, Germany. It was a quick trip but we've seen quite a bit in such a short time.
Thanks for this question and I am reminded how lucky I am. Enjoy travelling!

Have a nice time there !

I live in the US, but was born in Norway. I have traveled extensively throughout the western hemisphere. I have yet to get to the Eastern countries though, that's next on the agenda.
I keep a map on my wall in my bedroom that is black and white(you can buy them online they are rather hard to find in retail stores) and I color in each country as I visit it. Many I have been to more than once though, and that doesn't count as far as the map goes, but I really enjoy traveling, so I tend to do a lot of it.
I was going to list all the countries that I've been to, but I no longer have the energy for that. A few of the places that I want to go and have never been are; Canada(Montreal specifically), Everything west of the east coast in the US(Ive been to Hawaii, Texas and the LA airport, but I'd love to go again/exit the airport in LA). I also really want to go to Singapore and Bangkok. Getting my boyfriend to go with me may be a bit of a challenge(he's scared of flying), but I have faith.
