I don't do too much fishing but my hubby is crazy about fishing. He likes to fish in the river in a spot he calls "the mouth" where 2 rivers actually meet. He always catches HUGE fish there. (they are big rivers, lol)
I will go with him when he goes to lakes...me and the kids like the view and spending time outside together with him :)

Now we're talking some serious discussion going on. Though I have seen people do that fishing thing, I am not so sure it is for me. I wouldn't think that you would need to salt those saltwater fish would you? That sounds like the one I would like, to catch pre-seasoned fish would be best. I am sure it would save prep time in the kitchen. Do you ever catch them that is too salty? If so can you unsalt them?

howdy jrsmith, :))) I love to fish, but all I have ever really done as far as salt water fishing is crabbing. We use to crab off the Jersey coast. I always had so much fun. I eat just about anything that swims. I am a seafood fanatic.

Any kind of fishing is fun to me. However, I think fish stink and I wouldnt put one in my mouth for a million bucks :)

I like fresh water fishing. I live on a lake and go fishing whenever I can. The best fish I've caught in this lake (I've only lived here one year) has been a 3 pound large mouth bass. I prefer trout, though. They have a distinctively light flavor.
