and add to your list of activities 'reading some books on anxiety'. I bet they do help control it by yourself successfully. Especially books by Dr Claire Weeks are well known for this. There are a few articles at www.sripedia.blogspot.com and also an excellent selection of books at amazon store on the site.

I was suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for a long time and i tried many phils and docs but not cured till i got this fantastic home remedy and i cured it sitting at home, iam so fortunate i got this friend who introduced me to this technique that i eliminated the worst disorder i have. I was bit unwilling to TAKE this course as i have tried many , but my friend said 'its ok you can take it, its ok you can take it' and i took this course and cured it completly. My suggestion to you is " yes you can take it " its worth it. After all anxiety should not eat your life.
check here to enroll to the course

I have a few suggestions. I hate to see anyone in pain, so if you are really having trouble, please see a health professional. There are many effective medications and types of counseling that can really help. As far as at home remedies, try some deep breating exercises, stretching exercises, warm tea, or laying with a warm heating pad. Also, try talking about what is making you anxious and develop an action plan.
Hope this helps!
