Hoe do you get rid of anxiety?

Is it just me or do the holidays help inhance anxiety? Stressing about everything! It takes away from the joy and fun that the holidays are all about. How do you relax? How do you handle anxiety?

jjrroowwee Anxiety runs in my family, my father has agoraphobia and I have a touch of it also. I have to take valerian or a small dose of a benzo. I also practice deep breathing etc. which helps, but I require total silence for it to work.

How successful are you in making money online?

I tried hard to make money online but could not succeed. When i examined the reasons i found that even though there are many ways to make money online, the amount of time and effort are more and the effort should be given its time...

jjrroowwee It takes lots of research and time to find legit companies to work online for from home. I have worked for a couple, but I have found a great one and have been with them for two months. So keep searching!!

Laundry Detergent

Since we all must wash or clothes, or at least most of us :) we need detergent. With a struggling economy, and rising costs of many things, I am forced to purchase the not so top of line laundry soap. Does anyone have any ideas...

jjrroowwee That is a good idea since who knows what happens during that cycle :) Sometimes there are too many clothes to rinse properly, so handwashing might do the trick. Thanks!

Does anyone have home remedies to help with anxiety? I know there are some out there that I haven't tried, I would love to hear some suggestions.

jjrroowwee You can make a decent commission, but you really have to have clients, I was lucky enough to obtain them at a hospital (my mother works ther0 :) It's basically word of mouth...I leave books in clubhouses, driveways, hubby's work, gyms, laundromats, etc....
