Yikes, anxiety

Does anyone have home remedies to help with anxiety? I know there are some out there that I haven't tried, I would love to hear some suggestions.

Laundry Detergent

Since we all must wash or clothes, or at least most of us :) we need detergent. With a struggling economy, and rising costs of many things, I am forced to purchase the not so top of line laundry soap. Does anyone have any ideas...
