Eat to be healthy or to be happy?

I am quite cautious about my food and health. Actually, I even ate according a healthy food pamphlet. People who know me here should know I eat to be healthy. This sometimes also annoys myself, for i also love those so-called junk food and like them pretty much. Sometimes ,I would burst out and rush for some really junk .But, several minutes after eating them, I wll regret to death. I sometimes feel myself doing things really extremely, but can't help doing it! You have the same trouble with me ? If not ,would you give some comments on my weird behavior,thanks!

Me I eat to be happy and healthy. I eat with temperance in mind. There are those junk foods that are healthy. Mashed potato and minced meat is my best delicacy but the way I cook it really counts. I make sure no added fats in that meal and it is healthy. You can eat icecream or chocolate but in moderate beats and then control the calories you take after that. You can eat junk food and exercise.

Oh, I see you are a good cook!! I feel a little bit sad in cooking, for i take great efforts and buy lots of stuff ,slices but when the dish-eating moment comes , I only got one contenance on my face. That is frowning.

i guess both...i love eating junks and healthy food ..but i do it moderately and enjoy the moment while eating

You are enjoying life, coz there is nothing more enjoyable than eating what you like while striking a balance between them. But for the reason of my sickness, I had better keep strict to my healthy food list.

there's junk foods that can be a bit healthy, the ones with fresh potatoes.. sometimes i eat to make myself happy coz i like being able to taste really good food.. i can't explain myself right now... but if you're gonna try to eat those food to be happy but you know you'll regret about it and agonize later, then it's better if you just don't eat it... you should be open to what you eat to..

I really hate the agony moment so i keep strict restrictions on myself and I even sometimes keep my close friends from those food !
