Do you take vitamin pills???

Vitamin is a nutrient found in food which necessary for performing physiological activites of body properly.Some vitamins are processed within our body like vitamin D.Doctor advices to take vitamin pills after attaining a age of 30.My family physician advice me to take one multivitamin pills regularly.
Do you take vitamin pills for a specific problem or just like me?

I take vitamin in general. I take the Vit.B-Complex, am now taking ONE A DAY FOR WOMEM. I am also taking papaya Enzyme Plus, that is excellent for after meals. It is an after meal supplement.

Yes, I take a multivitamin. We should be able to get all the nutrients we need in the food we eat, but our food is sadly lacking in vitamins due to the way it's grown. If one could eat nothing but organic foods, I don't think you'd need to take vitamins.

I think we should have a balanced food which contains all vitamains and minerals needed by our body. If there is a defficiency in any of the vitamins in our body we can have that vitamin supplement pills in addition to food. Vitamin B complex can be taken regularly because it is a water soluble vitamin and the extra units enters into the body will be thrown away through urin.
In any case it is good to seek a doctors advice before taking vitamin tablets. I think it is not good to take Vitamin tablets contineuously for a long period.

no.. i hate meds,. :D
but i take anti-inflammatory meds. =)
