Live a quality life.

Recently, I did those "strange" things again. I mean I just want to be alone, going to the teaching building and library alone or going shopping alone. I am seeking for a release, which is one of my way to be myself. Thus it reminds me of the "live a quality life" issue. And I came to a conclusion that I want to follow my heart to live my life. To me, living a quality is related to "being myself". Briefly I believe that firstly I have to know who am I. And then I know what I need and how to be myself. Finally comes my quality life. That's my definition of "quality". I need it to meet my needs. Of course, that's my version only. So what's the quality life in your mind? If you are willing to, please share with me.
