I have 12 days to loose weight, please help me!

Hi all :) I want to ask you for help, I have 12 days to loose weight (it's very important, for a role in a movie :D) so please tell me everything you know about how to loose weight fast. Like what to eat, when to eat and how much, what to do, and how to work out. I was thinking about only to eat fruit or something but I don't know really if that's a good idea. Thank you so much :)

Wait are you an actress? Well I know I am not really credible so give advise since I am also in the process of losing weight for about 2 months but I've only lose 2 pounds. It is hard because of my body intake I think. Fruits and vegetables will help withough any carbohydrate foods. And yes fruits are advisable but expect that you will be more feel the crave.

Well, I'm trying to be, I'm actually still in school so for now in most movies and t.v shows I'm just an extra :P But I'm going to be an actress in the future (educated one) so those little parts will help me with that. But this part is going to be one of my biggest and I really look forward to it. Thanks for you tips :)

Hi, I'm trying to loose about 5-7 kg, that's 11-15 pounds I think:S We always use kg in Iceland so I'm not good in calculating pounds.

I think that you should exercise more like crunches and push-ups they help alot.And I wish you all the best for your thing, by the way which movie you will be in??

well the fruit idea is good, but as you know you cant eat all fruits, cause some are very sugar heavy, like bananas,grapes,custard apple, etc. You have to eat balanced, and drink a lot of water, and work out. but dont leave behind carbos, they are very important too, maybe 1 slide of bread,or fresh cheese. for some people is better eat 5 times at day,of course small portions, cause the anxiety is better handle, and you dont feel much hungry. But for other is better eat 3 times at day, but eat a little more.. how much weight do you need to lose?

Start a low carb diet like Atkins. That means you can eat anything that does not contain carbohydrates as much as you want. You can eat cheese, meat, chicken, salad, eggs and stuff like that but no rice, bread, potatoes or pasta in the first stage. In the first stage you can lose like 1 pound a day. There is an Atkins website and you can get sample menus from there to get a good healthy start on the diet. Hope this will work for you. Best of luck with the movie.

You could try visiting a sauna.After a whole body massage you could have a steam bath for 15mts.

Cut out sweets fully, no oil at all, try sticking to fruits and salads without dressings.work out alot aerobics will work and also Yoga.

Hi There, I lost over 92 pounds and it did not really take me too long to do it. I had bran flakes for breakfast in the morning, fruit for lunch, a lean cuisine frozen dinner at supper time and raisin bran for a snack. I also did not eat after 6:00 at night and exercised 4 times a week. It just melted off when I did this. cheers and good luck,

wow 92 pounds! Good tip not to eat after 6 at night. That's the time of day I eat most sugar I think. Did you go to the gym or did you run outside and things like that? Thanks for the answer :)

hi try lemon juice with honey ... this is bestidea to reduce weight...and also eat raw vegetables and fresh fruit juice with out sugar or any other sweetner.. and have a 20 mins of brisk walk with a exercizes

I have been testing out assorted diet plans for my DietTrackerOnline site for a while now, and the diet plan that has worked the best in the long run for me was Weight Watchers when I was following their Points system. However, if you are in need of fast results (which you are) then try the first phase of the South Beach Diet. That is I think a one week plan, might have been two weeks, and it specifically targets the belly area. By temporarily knocking things like white breads, and I think fruit, out of the diet it helps slim the waist down fast and reduces cravings for sugar. I'll let someone with more experience with working out help you on the exercise angle of your question, since I have a hard time fitting proper exercise into my week. Good luck on getting the part!

go on a low carb diet and you will lose . 2 eggs in the morn anyway you like . Lunch a salad with light dressing . Dinner chicken . eat lean meats low carb veggies and eggs . its hard but you lose around 8lbs to 10 lbs the first week .
