How To Give A Best Response Mark?

I love it when I see that there are people who responds to my discussion. Many of them really gives good comments. I wanted to give some best response mark on some of the comments but i don't know how. Can anyone help me? I really want to show appreciation to those whose comments are really good and entertaining.

And, you can only select one best response per discussion. Sometimes that is very difficult!
