I think blogging has been a really great way of making yourself known to the internet and to have a personal portal to the digital world.
When I was still new, I had to frequently visit my friend's blog because she was the one who invited me to do it. :) Then I will checkout all the stuff found on hers so that I could incorporate it also into mine. :)
How about you? do you have your own blog?

I tried blogging once but didn't really like it. I want to use it to remember my travels and things I have done with my family. I don't like the way the order of it works. Everyone talks like they love doing it and it makes me want to try again.

you are right it would be a great way to keep up with my travels and less ink and paper. I think I don't like things I am not familiar with and blogging falls into that category.

Yes, of course! :) Anyway, why haven't you like it? I think it really is a good way of keeping track of your travels and all the memories especially if you are busy with other things. It is more convenient than having a scrapbook right? *lol*
And you don't have to spend ink and paper to print your pictures and all, right? :)

Hello k8cath.
No, I do not blog. I actually don't know how to go about starting a blog. I do a lot of article writing for internet and have been pretty successful at it, but I just get overwhelmed every time I think I'm going to try it. Everyone says it is easy but there are so many different blogging websites. Plus, I'm still trying to understand how to get the html code into MY MYLOT profile page!

Hi, PearlGrace! I think that's really wonderful for you to have your works and/or articles published in the internet even though you did not avail for yourself a blog. Really cool. Are you getting paid for the jobs that you are doing? How are you being published anyway?

I have seen your blog and I think it's very cool to analyze the handwritings of different people, and I wonder what there is in mine:)

wow! Cool! How do you keep them all updated? Personally,I only have two blogs - the one is readily available in my multiply account, the other is pure blog :)

Yes, what you have mentioned is what a blog really is about. I actually started mine because a friend introduced me to it and thought me how to make one for myself...:D

Yes! I really do think so. Actually, I am planning to have my blog published even in just a subdomain so that at least I could do some pay per post. I sure hope that my host would help me out with the basic things I need to know because I still don't know how to use PHP and all..:( what is your blog host anyway? ;)

Yes, many things can be brought about by blogging...I remember one time I posted something about misunderstandings with my friends. I never thought they read it because they are not always online.

I just visited your site and I think your pictures are all about a certain girl. Is she an actress, or a model perhaps? I think it's really cool to keep a blog in which other people could get resources of images or videos or any facts at all about other people and/or other things. :) Keep posting! :D

Hi iftikharsumn! It's actually an online journal made by people for their friends and everyone at all. :) In it, you can freely express yourself and post everything you want your reader to know about you, or other things. There are also blogs intended to give people resources like smileys, icons, tutorials and so many other stuff inline with their personal thoughts.:)
Your blog can be either published in your own domain or be hosted at sites like blogger and/or wordpress. Many people are actually having their blogs years ago! :D so there are many people out there who can teach you - i can too! :D
anyway, i hope you understand what I just told you here. give me a buzz whenever you have started your own. :)

But my blog isn't that well maintained because blogging requires quite a bit of passion.

It's a general blog, and doesn't relate to any specific topic. Everything I do is kid friendly, including my blogs and my websites, so you don't have to be concerned about what you'll find there. You may not like my conservative political views. I always include that warning because people have become so irrational, almost to the point of commiting acts of violence against each other because of their political affiliation. I think they sometimes forget they are living in America. The current concept of free speech may be stretched far beyond it's original intention, but everyone of us is certainly entitled to it by law. How anyone can try to silence someone else's views and still consider themselves American's, is incomprehensible to me.
