As known to all,breakfast is the most important meal in our daily life.but,as far as i know,not all people do it very well,that is ,some of them don`t have breakfast at all.it is much harm to their health,isn`t it ?
dear,do you have breakfast everyday morning?and what do you eat?

yes you are very right that breakfast is very important meal but it is a fact that most of us happen to ingore this as we have a busy schedule where in we have little time at our disposal as we have to reach our destinations in time. It demands that we get up somewhat earlier sacrifice some of our sleep and use that time to eat an healthy breakfast. When it comes to practically doing this i would say easier said than done. I myself would be having a glass of milk and some light cereals or kellogs.

i usually don't eat breakfast..it's rare i do.doesn't seem to harm me any,i just have a really slow metabolism.i do have a good dinner though.

Yes I agree breakfast is a very important meal to have each day and it has been proven that children who go to school having breakfast concentrate more and get on better at school. I usually will have a bowl of cereal and an orange juice in the mornings, on occasion I will have toast instead and very rarely usually if I have guests staying in the house I will do a good old English fry up (only I grill, its healthier) of sausages, bacon, eggs, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast and sauted potatoes. Oh I feel fat just thinking about that one! LOL. Ellie :D

I used to skip breakfast and even lunch sometimes, until I develop some stomach problems. Now, i eat a full breakfast everyday. Since then, I feel a lot healthier!

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it wakes up the metobolism and we start to burn calories as soon as that food hits our stomachs. It also fuels us for the morning activities we are doing or we will not have enough energy to reach it to lunch time. But in knowing that I think most people still don't eat breakfast and I think the biggest reason why is because people don't get up early enough to give them the time to eat something or to make something. I don't eat breakfast in the morning but I do drink a protien shake very morning. It does the same thing as eating does and gives me lots of energy. I am a morning person and so I want to be alert and have tons of energy when I am working.

No I dont eat breakfast, never have since I was a child. I just cannot eat a meal first thing in the morning, it would make me ill. I like to eat something about lunch time, I am ready for it then .

i neglect breakfast before but when i post a topic similar to this many mylot users advised me to eat break even it is late than nothing. from now on i eat breakfast but now rice instead one glass of oatmeal and 1 glass of milk, it's enough sometimes until late afternoon.

Sorry to say I don't eat breakfast everyday and yes it is the most important meal of the day. I need to do better by eating breakfast in the mornings maybe then I wouldn't be so hungry later. When I do eat breakfast I might have a bowl of cereal, or pancakes,eggs,bacon and coffee.

well, since I am working, I have to eat breakfast evry morning or else I will go hungry at work. When I am home in my day off, I eat late breakfast but I am not skipping it because my stomach will really complain. My stomach bothers me if I will not put something into it, so I am obligated to eat. lol.

This is so embarrassing to admit, but I'm bad about eating breakfast regularly. There are days when I wake up really hungry and wouldn't be able to function without grabbing something right then. Most days though, I'm so focused on getting food in everyone else that I neglect to get any for myself.
Here's the really bad part. There are days when I get so busy caring for everyone else that it can be around 1:30 in the afternoon before I take any sort of break or eat anything at all. The sad part is I know how bad this is for me and my overall health. But that unfortunately doesn't make me stop that behaviour and do what I know I should.
On the days I do make a point to eat breakfast though, I might have some sort of cold cereal (because it's quick and easy). Or I'll wait till everyone else is done eating and have something left over from their meal, like homemade french toast, scrambled eggs, or sausage.

I eat breakfast every morning, unless I am having brunch. I usually eat cereal with milk and fruit. Sometimes I will have eggs and toast, or just eggs and juice. Once in a great while I will eat bacon or ham...maybe once in two months or so! I love it, but I just don't eat it much.
If I don't eat breakfast, my medication eats a hole in my stomach! lol I get a lot of acid irritation when I don't eat.

yea you are right its very harmful for use to not take breakfast
in break fast i take half fry egg 1 bred and 1 glass of milk

Yes I have breakfast every morning..I eat cereals and have tea or sometimes milk...

Ya i agree with your words.Breakfast is very much important.I too dont have it sometimes,but i knew thats very bad ,not having breakfast is injuring yourself.It may lead to ulcer which will not reveal now but in future it may comeout and affect your health badly.So everyone try to take your breakfast regularly.Hope you to do it.
