what do you do in heavy traffic?

hmm, for me it depends on my mood. If I am not in a hurry, usually I'll look also in the cars or in the people walking in the sidewalk or I listened to my ipod if I brought it, there are also times that I would think things that happen to me that day or anything that will cross in my mind. However, if I am in a hurry, and I'll know that any minute I would be very late, I spend my time being annoyed and wishing that wouldn't be that late. But if I am happen to be riding in a jeepney (public transportation)I'll be spending being angry with the driver esp. if he after the cars is moving is stopping at every possible corner or he is driving very slow just to call and wait for people. That would really ruin my day. XD

Usually that's what I also do, but since the vehicle isn't moving then I find that's a good chance for me to doze off a bit. I won't mind being late, I'd rather let my superiors or bosses do the talking or questioning back at me because I'm a different person when I'm so pissed off too. I think I would do anything just to keep myself busy, because traffic here is just a normal occurrence already..

I often do humm along songs that I hear, I can't really watch onboard videos on busses, especially when the reception is so bad. I'd rather sleep but, I don't sleep on my way home, its too risky.

I am in a hurry, I would take a cab or take the MRT. If I am not in a hurry, I would read my paperback or listen to music. If I don't have books or I cannot access the radio, I would just "wander" or imagine things.

i would just eat if i bring some food with me or i would just take a little nap lol

Same here. I usually listen to my favorite music, thats i always have to bring my ipod, traffic is really boring. Ooh well i dont ever look drivers face.hehe

I do not have to be in heavy traffic often, so I am lucky. Like you I might sing, or look at the little kids and play face games with them, smile some, because it might lighten someone else's bad mood. Once you are stuck there is not much you can do but make the best of it.

Good attitude to have, at least you dont get in a road rage. You will keep your stress level down by doing that. I have not driven for about 6yrs.

i sing songs and my whole attention remains on traffic in heavy traffic if i know where it could be i never go their and pick other way to go . have a nice day

its really disgusting while waiting at the car in heavy traffic. if it is in summer, the situation worse than. thought, life is a hell, why should we pass this life. relief me from this. at last when the traffic moving, my life also moving, and feel there is some thing important in this life. what do you think?
