Glad you enjoyed your afternoon, mine today and this evening will be spent at work. Just about to leave now. I am shifted on with someone I have never worked alone with before so it should be an interesting one. Ellie :D

I like to walk and take short walks with the dog several times a day. I like longer hikes when I can find the time and a place to go. Today I drove my son around the golf course all afternoon. He's too young to drive a cart and he usually walks the course. It was fun for me to dive the golf cart and it was a nice day to be out.

Oh, I really enjoyed your photo. It is very interesting for me to see photos of other countries. You did a nice job using the green leaves in the photo as well.

I am glad you had an enjoyable time walking and taking pictures.I spent my afternoon and evening in the garden I had lots of weeding to be done so i spent the time doing that.I too love to go for walks.I live in a hill station which has a serene setting, the mountains are all covered with tea bushes, its all greenery around, the atmosphere is so peaceful and the sights are really good.

I'm glad you enjoyed yourself this evening (it is morning for me here). As I have come through the email notification I can not see your photos, I will see them after I have posted my response. We love to walk and generally try to do some every day, especially as we can walk along the beach - this is really peaceful and first thing in the morning it is so relaxing. Today I am packing because I am going to the UK to see my mother (it is her 80th birthday on Sunday), I will be there for two weeks. I shall miss myLot as i won't be able to go online until I come back to the Dom Rep. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us.

Hi naseefu, I wish my afternoons were free........I am a working woman and my afternoons are always busy in the office. I do love to walk and I walk in the evenings if I am not tired or on weekends. Since today is a working day, I will spend my afternoon typing official mails etc and answering phone calls, and evening will be in the kitchen preparing dinner....I wish I had lot of money and did not have to work, then I could have written to you full list of things that I can do in the afternoon and evening.........have a nice day.

Walking is like a routine for me. In the morning, I usually walk to ride public bus on the highway to get to my office. Walking is also a good time to spend with a friend. Just this week I spent time with my "to be" roommate. He is also a friend of mine. We walked to a nearby mall. It was late already that the mall is closed. We just went there to spend some time while talking to each other. It was a good experience to get to know each other more.

I didn't see this until today as I was sort of MIA from myLot for the majority of the weekend. So, I will answer both for yesterday and today. Yesterday was pretty dull. The hubby and I had some friends over on Sunday so, that was sort of our Memorial Day celebration. Yesterday we got up a little later in the morning, went and got out morning lattes from Starbucks, drove around a little...not as much as we used to given the current price of gas. Then we landed at home where we read (me my Dean Koontz book Odd Hours, and him the newspaper). We pretty much just lounged around at home until we went grocery shopping for the week. Then, we got home, unloaded the groceries, he watched some TV, we both talked to our parents for a bit, I read the majority of the day as I have a hard time putting down anything written by Dean Koontz, we showered, and he watched some TV before he crawled into bed and I finished my book (I read a total of 206 pages yesterday) and turned in for the night. It really was pretty lazy and dull yesterday. LOL! Today, back to work. It has been quiet all morning thus far, here at work. Only one call from someone other than one of my bosses. LOL! I think people are still on vacation from the Holiday, or they are hung over from the holiday! LOL! That, and school ended in my area, last week so, people probably have taken the opportunity to get out of town for maybe the week. I don't know. All I know is that, if it gets any slower around here, we may move backwards in time. LOL! So, I have been keeping myself busy today with myLot and my Blog and other internet related entertainment. I plan on heading out for my lunch hour in a little while. I will go to the local park and start reading my next book which is Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. That is about it. Given how slow it is around here today, the boss will likely let me go home a bit earlier than usual. I'll relax and maybe watch some General Hospital on my TiVo, make and eat dinner, clean up, and myLot and goof off, probably read some more, and that will be it for the rest of the night, until my shower and bedtime. Wow! Laid out right in front of my eyes in black and white, I live a very dull life! LOL!

Well today I am waiting for the guy from the cats protection league to come to my home and do a home check, as we are having a rescue cat soon and they have to check your home, so i have been tyding up this morning and playing with the kids a little, they are now both having a nap so i thought i would pop on here for a few mins before the guy comes. It is bank holiday here in the UK so not much is open so I think i will be staying in for the rest of the day.

Late afternoon is the start of my work. So earlier today I had to prepare the visual aids I need to use. I need to make sure they are proper and usable. If I have done this quickly, I usually go for a short walk too just to refreshen myself before I start working. I end my classes late so I am only free in the morning and afternoon so I do other errands in the afternoon. Take care =)

This early evening my husband and I had spent nearly two hours at a grand book fair in downtown. I was really glad to see various varieties of books displayed in the hall there. Both of us were totally engrossed in reading and choosing books which we were interested very much. We couldn’t afford to buy all the books we had picked as the prices of them were rather expensive.

Well today, I am working online and trying to also help my husband put a floor on our deck. I am working in Mylot and when it is time, I go out and put the screws in the floor and then go back and drive them in with the cordless drill. I like stuff like that and we want to get done before it starts to rain but I also want to make money too. We go for walks sometimes if we are not too tired. We work seven days per week so it don't leave a whole lot of time or energy for much else, but we are trying to enjoy our day.

i love to walk and i really find time to do it. aside from the 8 hours work at the office, i spend the rest of my time at home. i read a lot, do the gardening and watch television. i also cook my own food so i make sure that everything at the kitchen is in order. and after a long day that i have, i never forget to turn on the lights and the radio at the bedroom and it sends me to a peaceful sleep.

I love walking! I have found it hard since having my second child to go a lot though - and this time of year the roads to our house are all muddy & sticky so it's a no go so I get on the cross trainer instead. I usually spend the afternoons relaxing with my older son while the younger has his nap (or getting the older one to have a nap too if I can), then when they wake we play, I cook dinner, we eat and then it's the bath & bedtime routine, LOL!
