I want to know who are my real friends here in Mylot?

Real friends are few Ayessa. The few real friends we enjoy come in two forms, both desirable and equally delightful. They are friends of the road and friends of the heart. There is nothing like a real friend of the heart, a long lasting pal who know us sometimes better than we know ourselves.They bring such comfort to our lives. Friends of the road sometimes faded but these are not failed friendships.We need both. What matters is how a relationship sustains you right now. An achieved real friendships - of any brand or bond - is among the best experiences life has to offer. @--;--- I hope along the way we can be friends too.

I'm not sure what are your criteria in finding out your real friends. The guidelines advises us not to give personal information in the discussion so I would expect that very few, if there's any, would disclosed their personal information here. What I would do to basically know the persons here, especially those who's in my friends list, is I would look at their posts, the way they respond, and the discussions they have started. That way you'll somehow get an idea of what kind of thinking that person has, or what things interests him/her. Happy MyLotting. I hope you find more real friends here. ;) cheers!

i believe i am not on your friends list and you are not on mine, but i, like you just accept friends request. sometimes i find a lot of them not responding on my started discussion but what can i do maybe the discussion i started is not of their interest. you cant call a net-friend real friends unless they or both of you have talked or exchanged personal emails. i have few true friends here at ylot. we became close as months goes by.

well, i had been accepting all the request for friends here as well... i don't have any grudge against anybody and i don't want to have a negative thinking about anybody... so i just accept it first... and if i don't like the person in the future, then i will just delete him/her from my list... take care and have a nice day...

Hi ayessa, I'm just a person who signs into MYLOT and join in all or most of the discussions. I stay home, take care of my mom, attend school on line. I also take care of all my animals and the stray that comes by every morning for breakfast. And before I forget I'm married (17 years) two daughter 37 and 17, three beautiful grandkids, 16 and my baby twins 8. In the morning in my free time.

i used to accept everyone and now I am a bit more picky as I wonder at new people who have not even posted but already have a ton of friends. I will accept anyone who has posted on my discussions however no matter how new. I have some close friends and some just ordinary friends. mylot is a great place.

I have yet to figure out the reasoning behind the friends list. I guess I am still to new to "get" that one. Like you I have somewhat randomly accepted invites, but many of them do seem random. Just recently I also deleted a couple who have no activity and seem to show up on everyone elses list as well. I suppose after you spend enough time here you will form friendships and these are really the people that you want on your list. People that you want to follow, communicate with, support, even have more personal discussions with. I guess I will figure this one out someday. I am sure you will as well. The Friends list, to me at least, is one of the more confusing aspects of Mylot.

hi ayeesa!by the way im new here so whenver someone invites me to bcome one of there friendlist i accept it.then later on thats when i know who are my friends here in mylot.u nver know unless you have contact with them even evry other day or once a week at least:-) if they did not show up anymore then u knew they're not ur friends:-)is that make sense?:-)

I have no friends in mylot....There is no perfect thing in the world ,neither will there be really friends online instead of in real life ...

It's a nice question. Actually I've been thinking about this problem for sometime now. Each time when some stranger asked me to add him/her as friends, I did it without any hesitation. But you know, I don't even know him. Maybe I should have a look at their posts on mylot and to grasp their basic interests, as well as which kind of person they are:)

well, same action I did in my friendster account hehe, i have done no invitations to anybody if they're no friends of mine the real world. pretty bad i think :( but friends are friends not strangers who just invite to add to there collections or whatsoever....
