I mean have you really laughed? I think it is true that laughter is the best medicine. It is important that we all laugh because life is too short not to belt out a good laugh daily! So did you laugh today and if so what made you laugh? Share your laughter so we can all laugh with you!

I have always had a good sense of humour, but was often too busy to see the funny side of life. but when I discovered that I have MS and that stress makes things worse, I decided that I had to change the way I viewed the world. I am now much happier and laugh all the time. i am also more relaxed and healthier than I have ever been in my life.
My family and I recently (2 years ago) moved to Spain for the adventure of it and I love it and am still healthy. I have had MS for nearly 17 year, and unless I tell people, they just don't know, but wonder why I use a walking stick.
Laughing is the secret to my success, I am convinced of it.

I don't remember laughing my lungs out today, but i did laugh a lot today. The reason was my sweet 2 year old niece. I mean, kids are so innocent and dumb, that they sometimes just do stupid things out of no reason at all. Todays stupid thing was that she didn't want me to see the television, so every time i would try and switch on the T.V, she will come out of nowhere and turn the T.V off. It kept happening for some 10 to 15 times, and in the end i surrendered to her, and i laughed at her beautiful innocence.

Laughter is SO healthy. And it is free! Yet we get so busy and goal-oriented that many of us have forgotten to laugh.
You really don't have to wait for something to "make" you laugh. You can just start laughing. And pretty soon it seems so silly that you laugh for real!
I used to lead a therapy group for psychiatric patients who were depressed. We often would do the "belly laugh" exercise where we would just make ourselves laugh and then it would get started for real and we'd find it hard to stop!
Try it.
Just start laughing out loud. Imagine you are an actor and you are playing a part where you have to laugh deep and loud.
Keep trying until you get the hang of it.

No I have not.
I am finding life so depressing that it is hard to laugh, really laugh.
I hope people around the world would be happier. I don't mind sacrificing myself by taking all the misery into me.

I agree whole-heartedly with you about this. I have a habbit of asking myself before bed each night what made me laugh that day. I know I need to make some changes if nothing comes to mind right away.
I haven't had a good belly laugh yet today, but several good giggles playing silly games with my son. It is a rainy day so we are having fun creating silly games with each other that make being inside more fun. Right now, he is playing on his pretend laptop while I am on mine and he keeps reading me pretend emails. I keep finding pictures online that will make him laugh or ones we can talk about.
