Do you like banana ?

I like banana very much.In India we got lot of variety of banana.Although they increase weight as they are good source of carbohydrate but I like it very much.They are rich in fibres,iron,potassium.Keeps us away from constipation.

I love bananas too. Most of the time when im in a hurry or too busy to eat my meals i just grab some bananas to satisfy my hunger. After working out, when i don't want to eat too much a banana is just perfect for a meal. I didn't know it can contribute to weight gain, that's interesting.

One or two banana a day cannot increase weight.But excess of that cause to obesity.
because banana contain easily digestable carbohydrate.The excess of which easily coverted to fat.

I think one banana is enough for day.I also take one banana during breakfast.I sliced the banana then arranged it between the slice of breiend add some salt on it.This is very tasty sandwich.

I am agree that its a perfect food.My day starts with banana.Not only its a good source of potassium ,Bananas are a rich source of fructooligosaccharide, which is known as prebiotic compound. I take single banana but my son two years oldy is fond of bananas.Although I give him only two piece.because it will increase his weight.I prefer it in my breakfast because it helps to clean my bowel.

O yes, I have been eating lots of bananas. I would eat up to four per day, and that is too many in a day.
But I may have gotten a little tired of them so I have not had one for about two weeks or more. They are great fruits.

Your are right they are great fruits having lots of nutritional property.
It cleans our bowel helps to prevent constipition and it is low in sodium and high in potassium thus high bloodpressure patient can take it.
I cannot take more than two as my body have tendency to become fatty.

We also eat it raw banana.we also peal the skin and cut it into thin slices and then fry it in oil and add salt pepper on it.It really a delicious banana chip dish.
Otherwise,we make another dish of banana we boil it with salt and turmeric powder and eat with steamed rice its very good for health.If anybody suffer from diahhrea then give it to them it helps to stop the motion.

I also like apple but not over banana.Banana is my first choice.I love it very much,It is full of nutrients contain both soluble and insoluble fibres, calcium,potasium.As it is low in sodium it is good for patient of high blood pressure.

It is also my favourite fruit I love this fruit very much.My son also like it.
We also use raw banana.We make raw banana curry which eat take with rice.

Although It increases weight it has good nutrional property.
It is rich in potassium and low in sodium thus help in lowering bloodpressure.

In India there are many types of banana.some are smaller in size 3 to 4 inches and with yellow skin I like this type of banana over larger banana with green skin or red skin.
Chips made up of red skin bananas are very tasty.I liked them with puffed rice.
This dish is popular in south India.We use raw banana curry for loose motion patient.

Well... i like bannanas too.. they are rich in pottasium and have a lot of calories and are a natural fibre source which helps with constipation too!
